2. Booking and Payment
All bookings made through our website or via phone are subject to availability. To ensure a seamless experience, customers are required to provide accurate flight details and contact information. Payments must be settled according to the agreed tariff at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time may incur a full charge.
- “No-shows” will be charged the full amount of the booking.
4. Passenger Conduct & Safety
The safety of our passengers and chauffeurs is paramount. Our drivers will adhere to all traffic laws and speed limits. Zurich Airport Transfer reserves the right to terminate a journey if a passenger’s behavior is deemed unsafe, illegal, or abusive.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their hire period and will be billed for repairs or professional cleaning if necessary.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zurich Airport Transfer shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, heavy traffic, road accidents, or mechanical failure. We will, however, make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle to minimize disruption.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
